Nickie's Nutty Squares

150 grams of whipping cream
110 grams brown sugar
40 grams of butter
1 tbsp honey

Bring mixture to boiling point and add:

70 grams sunflower seed
30 grams poppy seeds
75 grams sesame seeds
100 grams sliced almonds
100 grams slivered almonds
3 tbsp flour (gluten free all purpose would probably work)

Mix ingredients together.  Spread evenly on a parchment paper lined cookie sheet and bake at 300 degrees until golden brown for about 20-25 minutes. If you bake it too long it gets bitter.  Break or cut into pieces when cooled.  Store in fridge.
