General Meeting January 17

A reminder that our General Meeting will be held on
Tuesday, January 17, 2012, 7 pm, at the Snowbirds Clubhouse. If you wish to bring some baked goodies to the meeting they would be appreciated!!

Who we are

Welcome to the blog of the Coureurs de Bois Outdoors Club headquartered in Elliot Lake, Ontario, Canada.

We are a very casual hiking club.

We have about 250 kilometers of trails in the pre-cambrian shield, a beautifully scenic and fairly rugged area of lakes, wetlands and rocky areas amply covered by all manner of flora and fauna.

We offer leisure, easy and intermediate hikes, snow shoe hikes and special events throughout the year. Our members also enjoy canoeing, kayaking, and cross country skiing.
