On a beautiful warm Thanksgiving weekend Grant led 7 hikers from Cinder Lake Road, then up on Denison dam road and ended up having lunch on "The Log" overlooking Quirke Lake. Lots of fresh tracks of bear, elk and/or deer were seen along the road. The air was fresh with the smell of fall leaves. Some trees were still in their fall colors. PHOTOS
