Thursday, Oct 6 was another fine, fall day for a hike. The clouds and mist lifted for us at the circle and the sun shone through!! The route that was chosen was to begin at Westview Trailer Park at the beginning of the Blue Trail, then to the edge of Horne Lake and along the Matinenda Escarpement to the Ski Hill for lunch. We left cars at the Ski Hill parking lot and carpooled from there to the beginning of the Blue Trail. A few bugs but all in all a great day for a hike!!
