20 members turned out for the Tuesday hike this week. We parked at the bottom of the Fire Tower Hill and took a ski trail that leads from the hill over to the edge of the Lacnor property. We then took the Porcupine Trail that leads to the top of Fire Tower Hill. Trail was in good shape, although a little wet at the start. Unfortunately, one of the hikers sprained a knee and 3 others, including husband, accompanied her back to the parking area. We continued down to Westner Lake Rd. and then returned to the parking via the road that leads past Dumbell Lake and to the Lacnor Mine gates. total distance about 7km. PHOTOS
