This is a reminder about the upcoming General Meeting Tuesday, March 20, 2018. All members are invited to attend.
Meeting time is 7 pm....BUT....you're invited for a pizza social and a gear swap before the meeting! Now you're asking yourself, what's this going to cost me...and the answer is...NOTHING, NADA, RIEN. How's that for an end of Winter treat??
Now for the gear swap, here’s how it goes…
a) If you have outdoor gear to sell/swap/giveaway, please come to the meeting trailer at 5:45pm or contact Laura at 705-827-1065 to arrange for pickup. Outdoor gear can be anything. This is a great time to de-clutter and make some cash. For example: hiking clothing, jackets, boots, packs, snowshoes, and camping gear. If you have large gear ( eg roof racks, canoe, kayak, trailer, bikes, etc) you can bring a photo of it. Please label your outdoor gear with your name and asking price.
b) If you are interested to buy outdoor gear, please arrive at 6pm for best selection and don’t forget to bring cash or cheques.
The meeting location is the Snowbirds Snowmobile Club clubhouse, located at #700 Highway 108. After you've turned off the highway, keep to the right. You'll pass the Rod and Gun club on the right. The clubhouse is straight ahead. It's the building with the wheelchair ramp.
We want to make sure we have enough food for everyone, so if you plan to come for pizza at 6 pm, please text or call Laura at 705-827-1065 or call Art at 705-461-9151.
If you're only attending the meeting, no need to call.
