BOLAND HIKE 2020 09 12

Group of 11 ventured up to the Boland road and 4 km in to the start of today’s hike.  There was the threat of rain but all were well prepared.  We hiked on a combination ATV trail and bush whacking until we reached the COBRE trail.  Then we followed that for about another km to our lunch spot.  The rains came but that did not dampen our spirits. The group had lots of chatter especially with a number of different members coming along.  Yes we ultimately got quite wet but it was really fun and many spots were cleared up on this rare route.

Overall a really great hike and a good preview for the COBRE hike Oct 1st. Thanks Jean Guy
