11 special hikers cleaned our section of Hwy 108 this morning... met at the usual spot at 10 am, got safety vests, gloves and pointy sticks... and bags, boy did we get bags... south of town, 6 to depot lake and 5 to the airport road... the twain did meet on the west side of the road about half way.. then we crossed to the east side and made our way back.. filling and filling bags of garbage.. beer cans, cig packs, tim's cups, and a host of other variables.. mentionable were a tire tread, a 10 foot 1x4 painted wood trim. and a family of snakes... (we didn't collect the snakes) 30+? bags later we returned to respective start points.. good job folks!
