It was the first snowshoe hike of the winter as Marty and Astrid led a group of 21 hikers along Summers Lake Road just off Dunlop Shores Road. The flat terrain was a great way to lead off season though we could have done with some sun! It didn't seem to dampen enthusiasm however, as all joined in a rousing rendition of Happy Birthday to Astrid. PHOTOS
