Frigid temperatures didn't stop 12 hikers, led by Jean-Guy, from enjoying an outing to Banana Lake today. The shelter from the wind and occasional warmth of the sun was most welcome. There was a surprising 7 inches of ice on the lake. Though the trail was snow covered, there was a lot of water under the snow and we had a couple of soakers (brrrrrrr!!). PHOTOS
