Banana Lake trail

Liz and Phill took a hike down the Banana Lake trail to check for clearing etc. The trail has been used by ATV traffic during the summer and was fairly clear of blow downs on the main trail to the lake. There is some water from the recent downpours, but we put a diversion around the worst part and it is marked. We also marked the various turns with the white pointer signs. We then took the trail that heads along the north shore of the lake from near where the main trail ends and cleared this out to the camp site. This is a pretty trail with some huge white pines and ends up at the campsite, a rocky knoll overlooking the lake. Well worth the effort.
