Donation to the Food Bank

Alan attended the Food Bank, along with reporters from the Elliot Lake Standard, to present the $200 donation cheque from the Coureurs De Bois Outdoors Club that was approved at our recent general meeting. Needless to say, it was well received as they are starting to put Christmas hampers together. The money will be put to good use, not only for food products but to help allay other costs also, i.e: light, heat etc. The Standard will have a report in their next issue and will also mention our help in the Fire Dept. drive for the Food Bank .
