Thursday, Aug 16 hike

The hike tomorrow will be to Boland River. As the water levels are low we will attempt to ford the Boland where it leaves Wilkie Lake. For this purpose, you may want to bring an old pair of footwear as the rocks can be slippery. We will then bushwack and try to find the trail to the ruins of the old telegraph station and the trail up to the old fire tower.
