On Thursday, Sept 13th. Phill & Liz will conduct a hike to Mount McBean on the Sagamok First Nation lands. We have received permission from the Band Office to use the trail. This will be high intermediate as a good climb is involved. The reward is a fantastic view of the North Channel and all points of the compass.

(OK, that's Montague Harbour near Active Pass on Vancouver Island, but it LOOKS like the North Channel, sort of...)Plan is to leave Sears parking lot at 9.00am as it is probably a 90 minute drive to the trail head. We will car pool as few vehicles as possible, so make sure you have a ride or a full car load.
