Rainbow Tr. Sept 6

A humid, warm day and a good intermediate hike to the Rainbow lookout via the trail extension around the small lakes below. 14 turned out and it was a great day of hiking and companionship.
This trail has some tough, rocky sections requiring attention to your steps, but is rewarding in the cliff areas and the view. Stan, who can leap buildings in a single bound, was busy tearing out deadfalls. Thx "Bearded" John, for the pics. Away we go, still fairly fresh.
