A cool wind was a'blowing across the lake, but 20 hiked into the fireplace at Sherriff Lake for a cookout and - possibly - a baseball game. Turned out the wind was too cold and the fire was more beckoning. That, and some home made goodies from Heather, Phill and Fred - his famous lemonade - and good old scorched dogs off the fire. It was fun and another day with great companions for our memories. Thto Nickie and Gerry, Fred and Grant for their help. Thx to "Bearded"John for some of the pics.
