Hey, We're getting up-to-date at last.
The day started out cool with the wind at their back. Up the hill to Quirke 2 mine site and over to the lookout and thence (good word eh!) to Denison Hse and return. Some heavy snow where the crust wouldn't hold them, I seem to remember following someone - no names, but bearded and with contacts in Ottawa - who broke thru the crust even on skis!
