SPECIAL HIKE
Jean-Guy, is arranging a special hike on Friday, 4th. September.This will be on the Trans Canada Trail from Rossmere Creek to Granary Lake in Blind River. Total distance about 14 km.
This is a section we cleared with the MNR Stewardship Rangers about a month ago. The trail winds through an interesting mix of coniferous and hardwood forest and has some spectacular views enroute. Despite that, it is fairly flat with a couple of climbs. It is rated high intermediate due mainly to the length.
Jean-Guy plans to have a couple of vehicles placed at the Granary Lake end the evening before (Thursday) for the trip back.
