The CdeB next major event is the Weekend In The Park, scheduled for Sat.15 & Sun.16 August.

The club has reserved the group camping area and is planning a slate of activities for the 2 days.
If you are thinking of camping, the club has paid the camp spot, we need to know NOW. Even if you do not turn up, the park needs to know who may be coming. Please let me know ASAP if you are THINKING of camping.
The club will also pay the day use admission for those coming out for the day. Please try to car pool and use the seniors rate when you check in. We are trying to keep the costs down as much as possible.

We are planning the following activities:
Hiking, both easy and intermediate,
Canoeing /Kayaking
Horseshoes
Lawn darts/bocchi
Camp fire
BBQ (Bring your own stuff to burn) we have BBQ's
Lying-around-doing-nothing-and-drinking-beer or
Lying-around-doing-nothing

When you reply to this, let us know what you would be interested in doing and any other activity suggestions would be welcome. That includes the day-trippers.
