The hike is about 14km. and fairly flat once you reach the plateau. Allow ample time and bring lots of water and substantial lunch.
WARNING: Stay on the trail, there is a plentiful supply of poison ivy in the bush.
Car pooling will be arranged as necessary, remember your driver has to fork out for the fuel. We have suggested the volunteer drivers fill up before the trip and again at the return to figure out a fare.
We plan to stop for supper at the Golden Dragon in Espanola on the way back. Make sure your driver is either stopping or not according to your wishes, i.e: directly home or stop for supper.
