25 Snowshoer's joined me on a trek into the Mellon Lake area, off Stanrock Rd. A trail that was apparently new to everyone. We had to cross a snow-covered beaver dam at the start. This is a beautiful wooded trail in any season & you can access McCabe & Crotch Lake from the main trail. We had lunch on the shore of Mellon Lake.
