Doug's Bench

We have placed a picnic bench on the Jack Rabbit Trails in memory of Doug Elinor. For those who never met Doug, he was a founding member of the club and participated in most of our events until becoming quite ill, suddenly, in his late 70's. Doug died in December 2009 and it was an honour to place the bench in his memory at a spot of which he was most fond. Join him for lunch sometime! Thanks to Gerry, Jim, Liz and yours truly for the effort, and also Bill on the previous attempt.
