I spent the weekend of February 3 to 5 with some friends in Sault Ste. Marie for the Bon Soo Carnival, Sault Ste. Marie's winter celebration.
We went to see a laser show and fireworks, went on sleigh rides, checked out snow sculptures, went on a snowshoe geocache, cross country skied in the lantern ski followed by a bonfire, and enjoyed the Beavertails, a flat frybread pastry first produced in Ottawa during Winterlude now available during Bon Soo.
