Hiking Tuesday February 7th

Jean-Guy will offer a Leisure hike on Tuesday February 7th. Please meet in the Sears parking lot at 10:30 am. The regularly scheduled Easy Hike will meet at the usual 10:00 am time.

Who we are

Welcome to the blog of the Coureurs de Bois Outdoors Club headquartered in Elliot Lake, Ontario, Canada.

We are a very casual hiking club.

We have about 250 kilometers of trails in the pre-cambrian shield, a beautifully scenic and fairly rugged area of lakes, wetlands and rocky areas amply covered by all manner of flora and fauna.

We offer leisure, easy and intermediate hikes, snow shoe hikes and special events throughout the year. Our members also enjoy canoeing, kayaking, and cross country skiing.
