A leisure hike ( a.k.a. walk 'n gawk) of 9 hikers started out at Westview Park, went along the bottom of Beaver Mountain to " Prodan's" pond, then returned. A hot day, but a very relaxing pace, having lunch at Westview Park. Nice to see some members out who have not been out for some time. This kind of hike is a " MUST" and is sure to be a success in the future.
