Jean-Guy led 9 other hikers on the Panel MIne site to Fred's Pole. Following the road, we made our way to the tailings pond before heading into the bush and to the top of the ridge. Spectacular views at lunchtime, and then a descent through the bush before heading back to the cars. Of note were the turtle and caterpillar we spotted along the way.
