There has been no official announcement from the City in response to the many emails and phone calls it has received from citizens about a proposal to stop plowing mine access roads. There still is a meeting at Council Chambers with City Council on Tuesday, Nov. 13 at 6 pm. Members are urged to attend to show their opinion of the city's proposal to stop plowing the mine access roads. Phill Barnes will read a letter to the Council on behalf of the club. You are also encouraged to write your own letter to express your opinion on this proposal by the City . You can submit handwritten letters to the City Hall front desk. Address them to Leslie Sprague , City Clerk. You can also email your response to lsprague@city.elliotlake.on.
