-Sweeps name on sign-up sheets (don’t forget to log trail clearing requirements);
-Sign-up sheets to Jim (for tracking hiking and volunteer hours. Will give to Donna to forward to VTA);

-Snowshoe trail breaking (George)
- Spot Activation;



NEW BUSINESS:
- Thunder Mountain FN Protocols;
- Trail clearing on XC trail – sign up sheet
- Financials on the blog;
- Need volunteers to organize the June Pot Luck;
- Info on organized paddles;
- Summary VTA Coordinating Council Meeting,
- Need to think about a trail audit for our part of the V T; (John)
- Membership dues to be paid directly to the Soo. Notify Donna so she can update list;
- New Members to notify Donna; (so she can put you on members list right away);
- Club Activities 2014:
- Highway Cleanup TBA Apr/May and Sept/Oct (treasure in the trash);
- Winter Cookout – need volunteers;
- Hike Leaders Planning Meetings:- 2^nd Tuesday of Apr, Sept, Jan. in the clubhouse at 2:30 PM.
-Executive Meetings: by email 2 weeks before GM or as required;
-General Meetings: 3^rd Tuesday of Mar, May, Sept, Nov, Jan. in the clubhouse at 7:00 PM.
-Christmas Party: December 4^th 2014 at the Moose.
