Quite a crowd headed down the Snowshoe Trail off Panel Mine Road last Tuesday, 5th. Jan. After all the wind we expected some damage, trees down etc., but were surprised just how many had been blown down. Due to the large amount of rain late in the season and warmer than usual temps, there were also running streams and minor flooding. We eventually called it quits when we came across a multiple fall and had our lunch there before turning around. Despite the conditions we had a great hike, thanks Nickie J. and Sheila H. PHOTOS
