While many were sweltering in the heat, 6 hikers led by Donna enjoyed the cooler air and refreshing water that the Boom Camp in Blind River had to offer. We hiked the delta end of this area aka the delta where the river runs into North Channel. The breeze off the water was refreshing as well as a swim during lunch. A lot of various wild flowers still in flower . The sand felt wonderful under our feet for walking on. A great day to be out.
