Six members turned up on Saturday last for an exploratory hike on Helen's Trail. It had been hiked the previous Saturday and as hoped, the indent was still there in the newer snow. The going was fairly easy, only sinking less than 6 inches in the lead.
It was absolutely beautiful on the trail and we explored into the fireplace and then on to the ridge where we turned and returned to the start.
