Marty T. reported that Share Use of Trail discussed improvements between Spine and
Spruce Beaches trail to be done with benches and improved walkways. Will ask VTA to help
financially as it part of their trail in this section too.

Gerry R updated us on the Snowbirds Snowmobile Club
Discussion about the past MOU with the city CAO is such that only VTA trails cleared will
be covered by our present insurance. City trails will be done on volunteer basis with the city
itself.

The AGM was held in Sault Ste. Marie and attended. Openings stand for President for VTA
and openings stand open for Vice Presidents for east and west sections for VTA.

Ron T thanked members who helped clean Mt. Baldy, worked with winterfest activities,

Membership Secretary-Treasure
Donna C reported that it is working out well with our members and our handling the
renewals from our end. Our membership stands at 110 that are in good standing.

Old -Ongoing Business
We have 6 new hike leaders that took their certification course and everyone passed
Diane H won “ treasure of the trash” award with the highway cleanups
Sheila H updated us on the upcoming Christmas party
New Business
We had our election of a new Executive. They are:
President ( by acclamation) is David Nesbitt
Vice President ( by acclamation) is Chris Bellingham
Secretary-Treasurer is Jackie Schuknecht
