BELLINGHAM BUSH 2020 10 22

Jim headed into the Bellingham Bush ahead of 15 hikers. We welcomed  two new hikers and circumvented beaver floods to climb the James Snowway to the ridge overlooking Slipper Lake.  There were twists and turns, and a side trip to a beaver flood that had about two cord of birch trees cut and limbed for winter. After our lunch, we meandered back on the trails Jim had marked and eventually got to snowmobile trail.   We took a very short side trip to see the stakes for the proposed condo near Elliot Lake close to spine beach. It was a fairly long trek but lots of fun.
