Brian led a group of 7 hikers north of Mississagi Park to the Cabin Lake Trail. It is not a long hike, but a beautiful one with lots of interesting things to see along the way. We saw a number of “snow snakes” along the trail, snow fleas and even a live mosquito-type insect. How Brian spotted that amazed us!
We did several side trips, allowing us to see different views of Cabin Lake, eventually ending up at the rustic cabin. A hike enjoyed by all!
