Jean Guy led a fit group of 9 hikers on a long trail called the Helenbar at Mississaugi Park. This trail is a beauty with spectacular views and it has some challenges with climbs and then a rocky return. There is also the erratic (sp?) rock placed there by the ice age which is neat to understand .
