Sometimes the road less travelled turns out to be an actual road. For a club that spends most of its time in the bush there needs to be a back-up plan in place for when snow conditions are not conducive to snowshoeing. Today's back-up plan was South-bay road, “led and swept” buy our very own Walt and Julia, the chatter was light and lively as we pushed along the back country road enjoying plenty of laughs. On the way back we stopped into Camp Thompson and had a quick bite to eat and snapped a few pics, all in all it was an enjoyable hike that lasted approx 5km and was appreciated by our group of 12.
