A group of 9 met at the Scotia bank and then made our way over to the North loop of Nordsten Woods. The rain had moved out of our area but a blanket of fog was left to start our hike. We bush-wacked our way around the north loop crossing bogs and streams that led us down to Nordic lake, we then worked our way back up to the main trail ( Trappers trail ) and stopped for a quick lunch. The rain stayed away, the sun tried to come out and the temps warmed up as we made our way out of the woods and back to our vehicles, thanks to those who were able to make it out and to our sweep Renee S for keeping the rebel rousers in check, all in all a good 3.5kms over 2.5hrs.
