5 of us met at the Scotia bank at the crack of 9am to make our way down to the Whitefish falls area to hike up to the lookout on Mt Arabella, the weather was fantastic but there were a few blackflies from time to time, however, they did not dampen our spirits in the least as we made our way up to the lookout. Met a local couple who were coming back down who mentioned the view was spectacular and they were 100% correct. A relaxing lunch was had and several pics were taken to capture the moment. All in all we did 5.25km in 3hrs, the mood was great and the laughs were aplenty. Jean Guy mentioned we may see some deer, and although we did not, he certainly did so the deer pics came from him.... A few side trips to see whitefish falls and the mouse church and tiny cabins, the hamlet of Willisville and a country market rounded out the trip.
