On this hot and muggy morning 10 of us hiked for 4.4 kms along Wolf Run for 1.5 hrs.
Lots of water breaks today. Mosquitoes weren’t too vicious today. Nice trail with lots of shade - a few droppings of bear and wolf scat, but no animal tracks. We had a visitor on our hike - one of the temporary nurses who is here for a few months working at the hospital. Lots of good conversations- great fun! Heat and bugs can’t keep us seniors down!
