Sugar snow was falling and then ice pellets dropped in for good measure during our hike of world capitals. We drove past Ottawa Edinburgh, Lisbon and snowshoed past Paris, Washington and Ottawa again.
5 of us stomped through the trail between Tokyo and Washington where Dave N was waiting for us.
We then left our tracks on the trails behind Washington Apts. We had our lunch break at the Slipper Lake boat launch and took the Tokyo/ Washington Express back to the cars at the Paris Plaza.
Saw a red squirrel and lots of fresh snowshoe hare and a few dog or wolf tracks.
