Where else can one snowshoe for a few hours and see 3 lakes? We, the nimble 9, started at the daycare parking lot and took up where Tuesday's hike left off. Across Angel Lake and up the traverse to an un-fettered ATV trail which took us west to "Stork Lake" (because it looks like...) Quickly over to Pym's Camp #2 for lunch. The seating provided was appreciated. A little slush on Crystal Lake on the return, but the majority of the ice was very hard. We picked up an additional hiker back on Angel Lake as Niki tracked us down. All hikers pitched in for breaking trail and Karen and Roddy deserve special kudos for their efforts.
