Part 2
Snowshoe hike restart from Saturday. After short drive to Denison Road and over an embankment the start of an adventure began.
13 lucky hikers snowshoed down the pole line on a crispy -17 C day all the way to the Serpent River where we stopped and turned around. Half of the trail had been trodded on the past Saturday so not a lot of new trail had to be made. Many big hills to conquer. 3.87 kms of tough trail but we did it. No animal sightings but lots animal tracks.
We miss Mara our cheese and goodies lady. Wishing her a fast recovery.
Thanks to Jean Guy for leading and Julia for sweeping. It was a great way to spend the morning.
