Thursday 8 June hike

The schedule does not show a hike for the 8 June, but...there will be one. Meet as usual at the Sears lot at 10am.
Please plan to attend the General Meeting at 7pm on Tuesday 13 June at the clubhouse.

Who we are

Welcome to the blog of the Coureurs de Bois Outdoors Club headquartered in Elliot Lake, Ontario, Canada.

We are a very casual hiking club.

We have about 250 kilometers of trails in the pre-cambrian shield, a beautifully scenic and fairly rugged area of lakes, wetlands and rocky areas amply covered by all manner of flora and fauna.

We offer leisure, easy and intermediate hikes, snow shoe hikes and special events throughout the year.
