Everything is overgrown this year, including the fungi
Four of us took the iron wind over to Mt Baldy on a calm, warm day to clear the trail for the last time in 2006. There were a few blow downs but the trail was in fairly good shape. It will require pruning and lopping next year as the usual growth starts to overgrow the trail. The leaves are already turning to their fall colours and one can see the glimmer of a reddish hue in the hardwood forest.
