Hi Phil,
I received a call today from a Mr. J. Wigfield (461-6339) inquiring about borrowing a pair
of men's snowshoes for Friday Feb 29. He and his brother-in-law have to check the
cottage roof for insurance purposes but they only have one pair of snowshoes. A friend of
his suggested he give someone in the hiking club a call. I told him that I would pass the
message along for posting on the blog. Good PR.
Dianne and I will be away for the week and should return on Friday the 29th of Feb.
Unfortunately I will miss the outing to Nancy-Jo's cottage but I should be here for the
Saturday Feb. 29, Cook Out.
Thanks again for taking my hike on Thursday. I'm on the mend.
