Hike to Nancy-Jo's cottage Feb. 23

20, or was it 21 counting Gerry Marengere?, went across Dunlop Lake to Nancy-Jo's cottage on Saturday. We had arranged for Gerry Marengere, The Box Channel 10, to film us as we went and he got a great day for that also. The video will appear next Thursday and Friday between 7-9pm. and also on the weekend. Will get the times from Gerry. What a day - perfect, warm, slight cooling breeze on the lake and great company. We took a hike up tro 10 Mile Lake and then back to cottage for lunch. Well, almost all of us, as some decided to take a certain persons word for it that another portage existed back to Dunlop Lake. 90 minutes later they returned to the cottage for lunch, famished, but happy. Must have been tired too as they spent another 2 hours sleeping in the sun on the deck of the cottage!
