We had a very good turn-out of volunteers from the club to run our snowshoe event on Sat. 30th Feb. despite a very cold -28. We also had a good number of people come to participate in the activity. We had the fire going in the warming hut at Horne Lake early and were ready with luke warm hot dogs when the first group arrived at about 1030am. The ski hill organisers did a great job of getting the kids and adults oufitted. We also had several Special Olympics athletes join our event.
