Fourteen snowshoers headed to Evans Lake and Quirke One Tailings for a hike on a crisp sunny Saturday, January 9. The trail was well used by previous cross country skiers that took us to a dam impressive lunch site (no pun intended) overlooking both Quirke One Tailings Ponds to the north and Evans Lake to the south. We descended to Evens Lake and walked along its beautiful shoreline back to the parking lot. Thx to Pim for the pics.
