After a climb to the top of the hill, we took the switchback and looped around to the berm on Milliken Mine Road and walked along the road back to the cars. The trails were "crusty" and slushy in parts. Because of the high winds and snow, we decided to forego lunch in the open and opted for the warmth of McD's.
