Saturday July 14

Due to the cancellation of the outing to Fred and Maxine's cottage, Saturday July 14th will be a TBA Easy Hike. Please meet in the Sears parking lot at10 am as per usual.

Who we are

Welcome to the blog of the Coureurs de Bois Outdoors Club headquartered in Elliot Lake, Ontario, Canada.

We are a very casual hiking club.

We have about 250 kilometers of trails in the pre-cambrian shield, a beautifully scenic and fairly rugged area of lakes, wetlands and rocky areas amply covered by all manner of flora and fauna.

We offer leisure, easy and intermediate hikes, snow shoe hikes and special events throughout the year.
